Live painting performances and spontaneous murals

These are experiments in spontaneous, fast-paced, real-time pictorial responses to music, or to a particular physical or social setting.

During these events, the act of drawing and painting becomes a form of dance or pantomime, where the moving brush is like an animated part of the painting.
The artwork is ephemeral and consists in the making of the picture, while the end product is usually removed or destroyed as soon as the event is over.
