Noe Valley Murals
This is a mural diptych. The two murals face each other at the site of a weekly farmer's market on San Francisco's 24th Street.
Both murals celebrate common vegetables, and both show a scroll-like ribbon weaving through them. Within the ribbon, there are bird's eye views of the surrounding neighborhood.
The East wall shows the neighborhood in the past and in a future fantasy, and the West wall shows it in the present of the time it was painted.
